Questions

What counts as a question?: One message you send to the assistant, however many steps the answer takes. A failed answer does not use a question.
When do gameweek questions reset?: At each FPL deadline. Questions you did not use in a gameweek do not carry over; extra questions do, until the end of the season.
Monthly or season pass?: The season pass costs less than five months of the monthly plan and gives three times as many questions every gameweek. The monthly plan suits trying the assistant for a few gameweeks.
Can I get a refund?: Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have asked no more than 5 questions from it. Details are in the refund policy.
Who processes the payment?: Dodo Payments, our merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges the tax for your country and sends the receipt. We never see your card details.
Does FPL Augur change my FPL team?: No. It only reads public FPL data; every transfer and captain choice is yours to make in the FPL app.
