Terms
These terms apply when you use FPL Augur. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
FPL Augur is operated by Sukhrob Akhmedov, an individual based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Contact: the address published on this page once it is set.
FPL Augur is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Player, fixture and price data come from the public FPL API.
FPL Augur gives forecasts, player data, a squad planner and an AI assistant for Fantasy Premier League decisions. Forecasts are statistical estimates, not guarantees, and the assistant can be wrong. You make your own decisions. The service never acts in your FPL account.
You sign in with Google. An account is for one person; do not share it. You must be at least 16 to create an account and at least 18 to buy a plan.
A plan gives a stated number of assistant questions in every gameweek: Monthly while the subscription is paid, the Season pass until the end of the season it is sold for. A question is one message you send, however many steps the answer takes; a failed answer does not use one. Gameweek questions reset at each FPL deadline and do not carry over. Extra questions are used after the plan's gameweek questions and last until the end of the season. The pricing page shows the current plans and prices. A plan also opens features beyond the free version: a forecast horizon of up to five gameweeks, the full transfer optimiser and the others listed on the pricing page. Features marked soon there are included when they are released.
Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record and reseller, which takes the payment, charges the tax that applies and issues the receipt. Its terms also apply to the purchase. Prices include taxes.
Do not scrape the service, access it with automated tools, resell or republish its forecasts, or share an account. Per-minute limits protect the service for everyone. A serious breach may lead to suspension of the account; in that case refunds follow the refund policy and the law.
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, especially when FPL's own data is unavailable or late. If the paid assistant is unavailable for a significant part of a gameweek through our fault, we refund or add questions.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for your FPL points, rank or prizes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change these terms. For changes that affect paid plans we tell signed-in users at least 14 days ahead, by email or a notice in the app. A change never reduces a plan you have already paid for.
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy page). Purchase records are kept as the tax rules require.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you may bring a claim there.
